K. On behalf of IIRS Dehradun, Dr. R.P. Singh, Director of IIRS, Dr. Pramod Kumar, Dean of Academics, Shri. Rathin Sengupta, Head of P&GA, and Dr. Praveen Thakur, Head of WRD, were present to witness this momentous occasion.
