Swapieze.com, a young Bangalore based startup, that is helping working professionals find their swaps to and from the location he/she would like to switch from. The startup is making this possible by working with technologies like IoT, Big data and other web based solutions. The main aim is to provide employees with options to where they can swap and get to a location they like.
Harshil Shah launched Swapieze in the early part of this year. Shah, a BE in computer science engineering, is currently working with HCL Technologies.
Shah came up with the idea for the startup as he observed there are migrations of employees to various organisation locations all over the world and because of this, many of them find it difficult to work there because of the circumstances of being in a location where it is strenuous to adjust, either due to language, weather, food, distance or any other factor. The main aim behind Swapieze is to provide employees with a luxury to swap and get to a job location they like.
The service is extremely easy to use and avail. One just needs to go to www.swapieze.com now. Sign up and fill all your details carefully. The second step involves, finding your equivalent swapper/swap from the location where you would like to swap. And, lastly, both the swapper and the swappie should get in touch with organisation's management for the approval of this swap.
The free-service is only available to working professionals. Swapieze currently have 20 companies listed in its family and looking forward to add more.
The startup became a member of Microsoft Bizspark program in February this year. Hence, the startup's infrastructure services are funded by Microsoft support.
