He oversaw the development of technology practices, client partnerships and delivery engagements that helped Deloitte and Infosys penetrate new markets. TO THE NEW announces permanent work-from-home option for all its employees

New Delhi, 31st March 2021: TO THE NEW Pvt. Ltd., a leading digital technology company, has announced a permanent work-from-home option for its employees, internally referred to as the 'Newers'. The decision came as a result of the company's successful work-from-home run during the lockdown, resulting in its continued business operations during FY 2020-21.

At the onset of the pandemic, TO THE NEW managed a smooth transition to remote working for 100% of its workforce, without any impact on business continuity and client deliveries. Being a Cloud-native firm, the company quickly overcame all infrastructure and process-related barriers to remote working, ensuring maximum productivity, along with ensuring holistic well-being for its employees.

The dashboard is an initiative of the government to provide quick insights into various citizen-centric services like visas, Pilgrims, OCI cards and even the posts of MEA across the world, in one glance.

The MEA Performance Smartboard was launched by Hon'ble Minister of External Affairs, Dr. S Jaishankar, on Wednesday, at the Jawaharlal Nehru Bhawan, New Delhi. The Dashboard is a major priority set by the Hon’ble PM for all the Ministries, bringing transparency and accountability across all systems of government and is a tool for performance monitoring, allowing citizens and senior officials to view the key performance indicators of MEA. It encourages users to deep dive into key metrics of the various schemes, programs, and initiatives of MEA, in one glance.
