- Round co-led by Inflexor Ventures and Info Edge Ventures; Pentathlon Ventures and Silicon Road Ventures join as significant institutional investors, along with continued participation from Titan Capital.
The round was co-led by Inflexor Ventures and Info Edge Ventures, with Pentathlon Ventures and Silicon Road Ventures joining as significant institutional investors, along with continued participation from Titan Capital.
The company will use the funding to deepen its product and engineering capabilities in India, strengthen its buyer-intelligence and AI qualification infrastructure, expand into new high-ticket B2C sectors, and build its customer presence across selected international markets.
Revspot had earlier raised US$1.4 million in seed funding in late 2024, led by Info Edge Ventures and Titan Capital, with participation from angel investor Kunal Shah.
Founded by Darshan Subash, Chirag Wadhera and Varun Garg in 2024, Revspot automates the two connected systems required to generate qualified pipeline: lead generation and lead qualification. Its platform brings together consumer intelligence, acquisition workflows, campaign analytics, lead enrichment, Voice AI, WhatsApp-led engagement, qualification and sales handoff. This enables businesses to identify the right buyers, improve acquisition quality, qualify enquiries earlier and give sales teams clearer visibility into buyer fit, intent, timing and readiness.

The company currently serves more than 50 customers across sectors including real estate, education, automotive and wealth management. It is also expanding into broader BFSI categories, where qualification quality and speed directly influence revenue outcomes.
Commenting on the fundraise, Darshan Subash, CEO and Co-Founder, Revspot, said, “B2C customer acquisition is still stitched together across media teams, agencies, CRMs, call centres, sales teams and multiple point tools. Companies spend heavily to generate enquiries, but continue to lose significant time and money between finding the right buyer and handing sales a real opportunity. Revspot brings lead generation and lead qualification into one AI-native system. We have built and proven this model in complex Indian B2C sectors, and this round will help us deepen the product in India, enter new sectors and take the platform to select international markets.”
Murali Krishna Gunturu, Partner, Inflexor Ventures, said, “Qualified pipeline generation is a large and fundamental problem for high-ticket B2C businesses. Revspot's combination of AI-native infrastructure, deep customer understanding and strong execution gives it the potential to define an important new category in B2C revenue technology.”
Rishabh Katiyar, Partner, Info Edge Growth, said, “We backed Revspot early because the team had a clear view of a large and painful problem in B2C customer acquisition that could now be solved differently using AI. Since our seed investment, the company has demonstrated strong customer pull, rapid product development and a consistent focus on outcomes. We are excited to deepen our partnership with Revspot as they enter this next phase.”
As part of its product expansion strategy, Revspot is also developing Spot, its orchestration platform and agent harness for qualified-pipeline workflows. Spot connects campaign planning and Meta-native campaign analysis with lead enrichment, Voice AI qualification and downstream lead-quality feedback.
Customers can work with Revspot through an outcome-led managed model, deploy its qualification stack on existing leads, or run qualified-pipeline workflows through its platform.
