Gurgaon-based CapBuild Clinical Skills, providing state of the art hospital analytical skills, has raised undisclosed early stage investment micro VC and health sector accelerator, HealthStart India.

Promoted by founders - Vikram Anand, Cyrus Engineer, and Manojit Sen, along with a strong team of professionals with decades of the health sector, IT and leadership experience, CapBuild is serving hospitals, labs, clinics across the country. The investment from HealthStart creates a larger ecosystem of support for the growing venture.

The healthcare startup is supported by Huddle, one of India’s leading incubators, focusing on building ventures through tailor-made incubation and their the approach of one mentor - one mentee engagement as a critical part of their support provided.

CapBuild is an attempt to move the healthcare-provider sector towards high quality, evidence-driven, cost-effective and patient centric service delivery, using data, analytics and technology enabled intelligent solutions.

Establishing their first product Cap Predict in 2018 after years of research and on the ground experience, the need for healthcare providers to deliver results has increased their readiness to adopt data and analytics-based methods to drive financial, operational and clinical efficiency. This is being seen as the company is in the process of engaging with health sector providers in foreign geographies including, the US, Sri Lanka, with an eye for The European market, as they progress.

Vikram built a high caliber team of experienced doctors and healthcare professionals with deep experience of performance improvements.

Sridhar Krishnamoorthy as a Co-Founder and Technology Director is a Technology Evangelist, a statistician, an entrepreneur and an IT professional with rich international experience in a multitude of industries in roles such as CTO/CIO, CISO across healthcare, insurance, financial institutions and IT companies.
