GirnarSoft, which runs India’s leading auto portals, and, has appointed Amol Naresh as Director-CRM. In his role, Amol will be responsible for growing the adoption of our CRM tools that are provided to auto dealer partners and OE manufacturers for better business processing.

Prior to joining GirnarSoft, Amol was associated with Hansa Customer Equity Pvt. Ltd as a Program Manager for group wide implementation of CRM program on Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Mahindra & Mahindra. A techno-functional professional and industry veteran, Amol has varied experience in customer relationship business and loyalty processes across automobile, airline and realty sectors in a career spanning over 15 years. He has held leadership roles with automobile majors like Maruti Suzuki and Volkswagen India, and Godrej Properties.

At Volkswagen India, Amol led the end-to-end implementation of the Annual Operational CRM Program, along with the benchmark call-centre initiative “Call back in 10 minutes”, and achieved over 95% efficiency. For Maruti Suzuki, Amol was instrumental in driving the success of e-commerce initiative ‘Gift a Car in India’. He also implemented the SAS analytical CRM system for marketing automation at Maruti Suzuki.
