Chandigarh-based Viithiisys Acquires Product Development Startup Actiwate

Chandigarh-based Viithiisys Technologies, a boutique IT consulting and Services Company, has acquired On-demand Application Development startup Actiwate in an undisclosed amount. The acquisition was the result of Actiwate’s need to scale up their operations and Viithiisys need for an experienced Product Management team for their flagship product Vizitor. Post the acquisition, Amanjot Malhotra founder of Actiwate, will exit the company and act as the advisor.

The Gurgaon based Actiwate, has developed more than 60 products for MNCs and Startups in the last 2yrs of its operation.

Actiwate was founded by serial entrepreneur Amanjot Malhotra in June 2016. Prior to this, Amanjot had founded Partiko, a nightlife app backed by Facebook's FbStart programme.

Actiwate is a Product Management and development company that has developed more than 60 products for various MNC`s as well as startups in the last 2+ years of operations. With more than 20 active products, it is a profit making company based out of Gurgaon.

The Chandigarh based Viithiisys Technologies that enables organizations across the globe to leverage their IT infrastructure, has helped many startups to build their product on technicle aspects like Homecanvas, Factordaily, Thecharmworks and Tokopedia.
