First launched in 2009, OSWAS (Odisha State Workflow Automation System) is the Government of Odisha’s flagship e‑governance platform, designed to digitize administrative processes, enable paperless workflows, and deliver faster, transparent governance across the state.
Built on TCS DigiBOLT™, the new OSWAS 3.0 platform will unify workflow automation, system integration, advanced analytics, robust security, and AI-driven features within a single digital framework.
