US Tech Firm Saicon Acquires Nagpur-based Pragmatyc to Expand Enterprise AI and IoT

Saicon Consultants, Inc., a US-based technology services company, has acquired Pragmatyc Group Private Limited, a Nagpur-based company specialising in Artificial Intelligence (AI),AIoT, intelligent automation, and digital engineering solutions.

The acquisition strengthens Saicon’s capabilities in AI and IoT, enabling the company to help enterprises connect physical operations, enterprise data, and AI-driven intelligence to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business performance.

Founded in 1998, Saicon provides technology, engineering and consulting solutions to enterprises across the United States and global markets. The company has more than 1,600 employees and serves over 80 customers through its operations and delivery centres in the United States and India.

Pragmatyc brings deep expertise in Enterprise AI, AIoT, intelligent automation, computer vision, predictive analytics, and data engineering, helping organizations build connected, intelligent, and data-driven operations. Its capabilities complement Saicon's existing technology services while strengthening the Group's AI engineering practice and global delivery capabilities.

The acquisition follows Saicon’s recent acquisitions of SilverSearch in the United States and Valethi Technologies, also based in Nagpur. Together, these investments reflect Saicon’s strategy to strengthen its US market presence, expand its global delivery capabilities and build deeper expertise in high-growth technology areas.
