
- The CoE for ServiceNow established at a cost of $1,000,000, aims to accelerate project delivery, expand into two or more new industry verticals, and grow the certified talent pool.
Established with an initial investment of $500,000, the new Center of Excellence (CoE) spans a 150-seat facility at the MERGEN Global Delivery Center. An additional 8,000 square feet has been earmarked for future expansion, with a further $500,000 allocated, bringing the total planned investment to $1 million.
The new Center of Excellence (CoE) will generate over 50+ new roles in AI and Workflow automation over the next 12 months. The Center of Excellence is designed to support faster project delivery, enable entry into more than four new industry verticals, and scale ServiceNow certified talent pool to meet growing client demand.
