Female Wellness Startup Salad Raises $270K in Pre-Seed Round Led by Antler India

Salad is leveraging technology to empower women to plug the information gap about their hormones and take the necessary steps to proactively manage their own health and lifestyle.

Salad was launched in early 2020 when Aruna Chawla (Founder - CEO) realised how little women know about their own bodies. The startup launched its first product with Salad Condoms.

Karishma Rathaur (Co-Founder - COO) joined Salad in August 2022. She has led growth and product strategy in hyper-scale consumer tech companies.

Aruna has earlier worked in women's wellness and research for a period of 6 long years. While Karishma was one of Uber India's earliest team members.

Antler India Residency is India’s most exclusive community of aspiring founders, with a set of interventions and activities designed to forge meaningful connections and collaborations.

After finding co-founder and honing the idea, Antler support founders with customer validation, building an MVP and go-to-market strategy.
