The Atal Incubation Centre at Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR (AIC-SNU), has chosen 25 technology start-ups to support over the next 12 months as part of its comprehensive incubation program. The 26 start-ups were selected from more than 230 applications to the Incubator’s ‘Venture Challenge’ contest, received from more than 20 states in the country. The incubation program includes physical and intellectual resources, trainings, access to industry mentors, opportunities for interactions with other business leaders, and access to angel investors for capital, among others.

AIC-SNU’s Technology/Knowledge Partners, Dassault Systèmes and HCL Technologies, will provide these start-ups extended support to scale up their ideas, provide technical support, market guidance, and access to their networks of key contacts for growth.

Anubha Bali, Managing Director of AIC-SNU, said, “We are delighted to on-board 25 very promising start-ups at different stages of their journeys. While several of these are at the ideation stage, some have already crossed significant milestones and are scaling up. What remains common among them all is the passion for creating something unique, enabling change, and easing lives, much beyond establishing successful ‘businesses’. Nurturing these start-ups is a matter of great privilege for all of us at AIC-SNU.”

Sheeba Khan, CEO of AIC-SNU, said, “Each of the 25 start-ups is unique in their vision, and we are so thrilled to be supporting them as they challenge conventions and make the world a better place with their ventures.”

The start-ups to be incubated by AIC-SNU cut across multiple areas in the technology industry, including but not limited to FinTech, AgriTech, IoT, and SaaS. They will have access to the synergetic research and technology resources of Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR, including access to global researchers, leading academics, 150+ cutting-edge labs, and 9 research centers, among other enabling attributes.
