Mishry.com, India's first food-specific Product Review Startup, has a new advisor on board. UK based entrepreneur, advisor, and mentor, Jonathan Callcut, has joined Mishry's advisory board and will guide the startup as it bolsters its presence in the reviews and recommendations space.

Johnathan has been the past CEO at Reevoo, Europe's leading independent review aggregator that generates and delivers content based on consumer opinion across 60 countries and 30 different languages. He continues to invest and mentor new and exciting ideas across the UK. He is also the chairman and co-founder of Felix, an Ai-driven content engagement solution that helps brands and publishers retain their hard-earned traffic.

Jonathan Callcut's vast experience and expertise in the world of customer ratings and product reviews will facilitate Mishry with the much-needed guidance to devise a successful strategy and work towards becoming the most trusted review platform in the kitchen and dining space, here in India.

Taking on the role, a first for Jonathan outside of Europe, he says:

"Reviews and customer feedback are fundamental to pretty much every purchasing decision we make today. Content is king, and when consumers can rely on good quality, credible content related to products, it helps them make better buying decisions. Food, in any case, is a passion subject and lies right in the center of our communities and societies. Mishry's vision is smack on the money, and I totally share Tanu's excitement for it. I'm delighted to be associated with such an exciting venture and brand. 'Mishry,' get used to seeing that name!"

For a startup that is little over six months old, Mishry's team is thrilled to have garnered support internationally.

Tanu Ganguly, Founder, Mishry, says, "To get the support of someone like Jonathan this early in our journey strengthens my belief in the reviews and recommendations ecosystem. Jonathan, who is such a respected name across the UK, has decades of experience in this space. His expertise in having lead one of the largest review platforms in the world will most definitely help take Mishry to the next stage."

With a growing loyal user base, Mishry is looking to ramp up reviews across categories and to continue to work on expanding its product review base.

Tanu further adds: "With Jonathan coming on board, we now have, not one, but two reputed names from the space of reviews." With India's most discerning voice on Food, Vir Sanghvi already an investor, Jonathan Callcut adds further credibility to this Gurugram-based startup.

Mishry.com launched in April 2019. Earlier this year, the startup raised an undisclosed amount of funding through its angel investors – Vir Sanghvi, Rajiv Garodia & Kiran Shetty.
