For you, these questions are good to help you gauge how their experience translates into their natural problem-solving abilities. Here, you want to know if the new employees are collaborative or if they rather work independently. This information is invaluable for you to engage staff that matches the philosophy and teamwork amongst all of your employees. If for some reason some of the candidates display a little bit of deviation from your team spirit, you could still think of how they can be incorporated and matched with your team without negative impact overall.
