BabyOnBoard, the parenting memories & milestone platform, has been acquired by RoundGlass Partners, in an all-cash deal, announced the startup in an email to www.indianweb2.com. The deal valuation was not disclosed by the startup however.

BabyOnBoard app & website, operated by WhisperingWoods Technologies, was a platform focused on young parents helping them record the entire growing up journey of the kid and get help from a community of moms to get the best for their babies. The platform was founded in October 2016 by IIM-Bangalore alumni Aditya Kulkarni & Dr. Rakesh Shivran and PEC alumnus Himanshu Jain in 2016 and raised the seed round of investment from a clutch of Angel investors in early 2017. BabyOnBoard was also one of the Indian start-ups selected by Facebook’s FbStart program in late 2016.

With more than 50,000 parents on the app and with roughly half million monthly visits on their website, BabyOnBoard platform has become a destination for parents to record the beautiful memories of special journey of parenting and to find the best for their baby from other like-minded parents.
