KarmaCircles, a peer to peer social learning platform, has grown organically since its inception in 2015 with more than five thousand hand-picked users already on the platform and thousands of successful meetings already completed.

KarmaCircles’ enterprise version allows accelerators, business schools, corporates, co-working spaces and other organizations to engage in skill sharing within their own community. It is an extension to its ideology of dignifying the process of giving and receiving help in the startup community. To propagate good Karma, KarmaCircles is giving away the micro-mentoring platform to early adopters for free till the end of the year.

Enterprise version of KarmaCircles allows group members to give and receive help from their own colleagues who may or may not be in their location. This is not the typical work related help but more of micro-mentoring. Whether a member is trying to understand a different job profile, looking to move to a different group, considering going for further education, or just networking with a salesperson, they can request meetings within their company through the enterprise version of the KarmaCircles.

KarmaCircles’ enterprise version is growing fast with several organizations adopting the platform and finding it useful. It includes business schools such as Haas School of Business, IIM Raipur, IIT Delhi, etc and organizations such as TiE Delhi, Global Women Network, Startup Leadership Program, Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs, etc. Corporates such as Impact Measurement & Packback and co-working spaces such as Innov8 have also signed up for it.

Deepak Goel, Founder, KarmaCircles said – “KarmaCircles takes pride in being the first company in the world to launch an enterprise version that allows large groups to facilitate giving and receiving of help wherein you get to keep your reputation even when you leave the organization. It comes more from the aspect for the love of learning and sharing knowledge without any monetary benefit.”

The enterprise version allows group members to search for their colleagues by skills, keywords and location, and request & schedule meetings using lightweight-chatting capabilities and has seamless integration with the calendar on their phones. The mentees also get an opportunity to express their gratitude by writing a Thank you Note for their mentors which in turn enhances their online reputation. The platform has also introduced unique features like Karma Intro and Karma Network (a new social graph) to add a measurement matrix to the give and receive that the platform facilitates.

Moving forward the effort would be to constantly upgrade the enterprise version experience and the focus would be on value creation through the white label solution in the enterprise segment. KarmaCircles is available on the web and as an app on both iOS & Android platforms.
