Bangalore-based a M&A solutions platform, Intgrea Partners has raised $200,000 from a couple of investors including David A. Whitehorn and Phillippe Bouchet. As part of the deal, David and Bouchet have joined the company's board of directors. The seed funding will be used by the firm to build and bring the M&A platform to potential customers.

Intgrea is also in final talks with few investors in Singapore to raise $1 million in the next three months.

“We are in discussion with several big firms to do a Beta for our product to manage their M&A deals and integration. Also we are doing several webinars to bring awareness of criticality of post-merger integration and how our solutions help in integration of deals companies make," said Sanjay Singh.
