An employee is the heart of a company. If the heart is not in synchronisation with the brain (the head of the company), the body is destined to breakdown the very second. Hence, it's very important that a company hires the right kind of talent and skills they're looking for. This becomes even more important when it comes to startups.

Providing an Olive branch to companies looking for the right kind of human resources, is a Delhi based startup called Recruit Wheels. The startup is not only helping the companies with hiring quality talent for long term strategic growth, Employee Engagement and HR Operations of the firm, but it is also donning the role of a career mentor for fresh graduates and working professionals.

According to statistics available, more and more people are making a career switch in a very short period of time nowadays. This is mainly because almost every recruitment firm in the industry is currently just focused on getting people jobs. But, Recruit Wheels is different from others. The startup makes use of interactive techniques for career mentoring/coaching like psychometric assessments etc.

Recruit Wheels has been the boon of the dynamic minds of Amit Dewan and Aditya Sisodia. They both have a rich experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resource management.

Mr. Dewan specialises in HR and Career Strategising and has worked on projects, with big names like IBM, VIOM Networks, Louis Dreyfus Commodities etc. to name a few. On the other hand, Mr. Sisodia is known in the industry for advancing the needs of Job seekers and enhancing strategies for long term careers. He has had the experience of working with companies like Bajaj General Insurance , ITC and Madison Media Infinty etc. on a few group projects. Together with their skills they form a lethal combination, we must say.

The startup which was recognised as the "Most Promising Training and Recruitment Consultant in India 2015” Telegraph India, is currently bootstrapped. But, the startup is likely to change that status soon as it is in talks with various investors.

Their future plan for now is to make job seekers fully ready before the position even arises by the year 2018. If this becomes a reality, India will definitely be a different country to live in another two years.
