The founders of Live24 communications Pvt Ltd announces today its plans to launch Voicefriends, a new voice chat model for friendship and dating. This marks the first of any dating network in India to enable audio and sharing as part of its match discovery platform.

Based out Mumbai, Voicefriends is a unique phone chatline service to give people an avenue to meet other local friends in a fun and safe way. The dating service is free for women.

"It's meant to offer conventional friendship in an unconventional way," says Gurjit Dhingra, one of the founding members, "The goal is to make millions of men and women use Voicefriends to make instant connections. We make it safe, easy and fun for women to chat for free with interesting men in their area! You never know if your call could lead to an in-person meeting at a restaurant, going to a movie, a romantic date or maybe even a long-term relationship."

"Voicefriends is always free for women, Yes that's true and that's the business model where men will pay for membership", Dhingra states again. The company started by 58 year old Gurjit Dhingra in 2015, has secured investment from Dr. Huzaifa Khorakiwala of Wockhardt for an undisclosed amount. "It's never too late to Startup", adds Gurjit.

Mumbai-based Voicefriends claims something unique from other friendship communities. Starting with a voice-to-voice chat means that you start with genuine interaction instead of scrolling through online profiles. Hearing someone's voice greeting or personal message to you lets you know right away if you want to hear more. Voicefriends gives you a more tangible way to connect with other locals as our voices tell each other so much about our humor and personality.
