Lenovo Yoga Tablet

Lenovo's Android Yoga tablet has hit the Indian tablet market and is available in two variants with the starting price tag of Rs. 22,999 and Rs. 28, 999 for the 8-inch model and 10-inch model respectively.

The Lenovo Yoga table is powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with 1 GB RAM, a 1.2 Ghz quad-core MediaTek processor, with a 1,280 x 800 IPS display, 5 megapixel rear camera along with front facing VGA camera for video chat, and 16 GB internal storage (expandable upto 64 GB)

"True to its name, this machine redefines what a Tablet stands for. Based on research which suggests that the usage of gadgets over an extended time period has an impact on our physical well-being, the Yoga Tablet has been ergonomically designed to aid a longer and comfortable Tablet viewing experience," said Amar Babu, MD, Lenovo India Pvt Ltd.

The battery is placed with the cylindrical edge, which not makes the tablet stand out, but also provides a grip for the user to hold it. The shape and placement of the battery cylinder makes this lightweight tablet easier to grip and better for one-hand use. Its ergonomic design shifts the center of gravity to make it more comfortable for your wrist.

The 20.3 cm model offers 3G and voice calling while the 25.4 cm model features Wi-Fi + 3G. Users can also opt for a WD100 dongle to stream video content from the Tablet wirelessly to a TV.

Lenovo said, as an introductory offer, the company is providing accessory bundle, a sleeve cover, a protective film, and an earphone, worth Rs. 4000 for 8-inch and Rs. 5000 for 10-inch for those who buy before November 24, 2013.
