Young and promising startup F5 has partnered with local Chaiwalas to serve tea that have an indigenous taste. They have also partnered with online food delivery platforms. Currently they have partnered with apps who are handling product deliveries in Lucknow and in Delhi. F5 provides a cup of hygienic and pocket-friendly tea and uses superior quality ingredients and the freshest tea leaves sourced from the best plantations in India.
Incubated and powered by HUDDLE, a sector agnostic incubator, F5 has been founded by Raghav Arora and Lalit Aggarwal of Kaivalya Foods and Beverages. Launched last year, F5 aims to serve fresh beverages and refreshments to offices daily.
The startup is aiming big by rationalizing, organizing and standardizing the daily refreshments market for millions of Indians. Their thermo steel flasks retain heat upto 8 hours and use specialised milk run delivery models to ensure higher efficiencies. The brand has created a strong network through references from happy customers. F5 has an omni channel presence. This also helps them drive product sales.
They have sold more than one million cups of refreshments till date with around five lakh cups being sold in the last quarter they have crossed Rs 1 crore in annual revenue, and are selling around 5,000+ cups daily with 95 percent retention rate.
They have annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs 1 crore and have already broken even in Lucknow. They also have FSSAI and other licences and constantly upgrade their façade. Their vendors are provided training and support along with machines, processes and other provisions for preparation. All products are packed as per guidelines provided by F5.
Their present offerings are: Classic Tea, Ginger Tea, Elaichi Tea, Coffee, Sandwiches, Pattis and Soda.

Raghav Arora has been an investment banking associate with Avendus Capital Pvt Ltd. He is a PGDM from IIM Lucknow. Lalit Aggarwal is also IIM Lucknow and has been the operations head and site manager at ONGC.
