Rajmal Meena, a 34-year-old security guard at the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), gets a support from NeoStencil, an online platform for UPSC/IAS exam preparation, for his dream to become IAS officer and serve the government. Ramjal recently successfully cleared the JNU entrance exam and will be pursuing BA (Honours) in the Russian language.
