InstaOffice is on an expansion spree. India’s fastest growing network of co working space, is expanding its footprint in South India, starting with the heart of Bengaluru – Indiranagar. The company has announced today, that they would be launching two new co working spaces, at 100 Feet Road and Double Road, Indiranagar, simultaneously.

Founded in 2015, InstaOffice has grown from a single space in Gurgaon to more than 7 centres in NCR, Delhi and Bengaluru in a year’s time. The rapid growth comes at a time when Bengaluru’s startup community and ecosystem is at it’s peak and InstaOffice is gearing up for over 150 seats for their initial two offices.

“There is incredible momentum in Bengaluru, and new global opportunity in innovation and business. Indiranagar is an ideal location for current InstaOffice members eager to have workspaces in Bengaluru, and for companies of all sizes who are seeking a new way to work,” said Vikas Lakhani, co-founder of InstaOffice.

Additionally, Bangalore has emerged as an important financial and business center of the country, becoming home to many of the leading global companies. Consequently, Bangalore is one of the few cities in the country where demand for Office real estate is much more than the underlying supply.

Since it’s launch in Gurgaon, InstaOffice has ensured that it adapts itself to the local work culture and ecosystem. This strategy, has helped the company in not just building more real estate spaces, but in building a startup ecosystem of its own. At the moment, InstaOffice has a community of 500 members, growing to over 2000 by next quarter. The community members range from early stage startups to mobile professionals and SMBs to large MNC’s such as Yahoo, Staples, Dr Reddy and more. With the ever growing number of people with idea’s and innovation and keeping in mind that Bengaluru has the world’s second highest startup ecosystem, InstaOffice sees the huge opportunity in building an eco system which not only works together, but grows together.
