Launched earlier this year, the New Delhi based startup promises to be an engaging mobile application for users and businesses. A user can use the app to connect, chat, follow or even get their queries answered from nearby services or businesses. They even have the option to chat with a HeyBiz business expert in order to find out the right products or services based on his/her need.
On the other hand, HeyBiz mobile app helps business owners by providing them with powerful tools to create and maintain mini business profile on their Smartphone. Using the app, they can update their users with all the latest things about their business like upcoming sales, promotions or new service being launched etc. in just a few clicks. The mobile application provides the luxury to businesses to do Sales-Marketing-Support of their business on their Smartphones anywhere and anytime.
HeyBiz is the product of hard work of Mr. Bhartesh Chhibbar. The tech savvy adult has earlier co-founded another startup, RockeTalk. There he was responsible for developing the RockeTalk technology from the concept stage to the current platform. Prior to all this, he was also a Technical Leader at Cisco Systems, San Jose, USA for a period of six long years where he worked on voice over IP technology.
According to the startup, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pet project, Digital India, has been their primary motivation behind setting up HeyBiz. In today’s world, everyone wants their job to be done with utmost quality as quickly as possible. This particular thing is only possible when we’re successful in bringing local services and business on a single, simple and well organized platform. HeyBiz is that platform.
HeyBiz is quite different from its competitors as it is far more flexible in terms of its product. Further, It’s more of an engagement platform wherein business can showcase their digital profile. They can even add profile and latest updates with regards to their business.
HeyBiz USP is local commerce. It allows business owner to list their business profile nicely within couple of minutes and ready to interact with local users on mobile and on chat. They can reach to their followers but keep updating upcoming sales and promotions. HeyBiz also helps them to reach to target audience base on location
Being based in New Delhi, they initially started their services with Delhi/NCR but now they’re also getting traction from Chandigarh, Jaipur, Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
HeyBiz has already achieved a major feat having crossed 55K+ user registrations in the month of September. Currently, they have 6200+ businesses registered with them and they wish to partner with more businesses.
The completely bootstrapped startup is currently in talks with various VCs and strategic partners to raise seed funds.
The startup is currently working on HeyBiz 2.0. The new version will give flexibility to add deals with details and price. These deals will then be moderated and curated by HeyBiz business team before being pushed to localized users. Users will further be able to “Bargain” on deals and also make payments to purchase right through their mobile phones. The platform has decided to initially began with 0% commission for some time but will later on charge a minimum platform fee.
