With India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, promoting his pet project the ‘Make in India’ initiative with all enthusiasm and determination, how could the industry remain far behind ?, an Ahmedabad based startup has jumped right in, in order to show its support for PM Modi’s ambitious initiative by launching an e-commerce portal meant exclusively to sell ‘Made in India’ products. The portal will offer all types of Made in India products from Home, Artisans, Community, Groups, Local Shops, Cottage Industry, Handloom & Handicraft enterprises, MSME establishment, NGO, and Co-operatives etc.

With westernisation, modernisation and the flowering of various e-commerce portals, our very own Indian artisans have had a hard time competing with their western counterparts. By providing them a platform similar to the one provided to their western counterparts, is making sure that the Indian artisans, manufacturers and producers finally get their long well deserved due.
