Betaout helps small and large e-commerce businesses do behavioral marketing like Amazon.
Betaout has a plug and play solution that collects customer interaction data across all devices. With these data points it builds master marketing profiles of every customer. Then it provides customer segmentation tools and multiple marketing tools like emails, sms, on-site engagement, live chat etc to engage customer with the right message at the right time.
Launched 7 months ago, their clients includes some of the largest e-commerce and B2C companies in India and US, including Paytm, Goibibo, Mauj, Viacom US etc. Currently, we are managing over 20 million customer profiles and are sending more than 50 million emails per month.
Betaout is co-founded by serial entrepreneurs Ankit Maheshwari, Arjun Maheshwari, Nandini Rathi, and Raghubir Thakur.
“Today a typical e-commerce marketer is using multiple tools for different marketing channels like email, sms, on-site engagement etc in addition to his CRM. – These channels act like silos trapping user interaction data in themselves with no exchange of data with others”, said Ankit Maheshwari, CEO Betaout in a statement to IndianWeb2.
“Betaout brings all customer interaction and intent data together and provides marketers an omni-channel marketing platform build from grounds up for ecommerce and B2C companies.”, he added.
“We are excited to have BetaOut in the Techstars class this year. They have already proven great product market fit with their early traction and now it is time to build the machine to scale the company. I hope they are one of the shining stars of this cohort!.”, said Troy Henikoff, Managing Director, Techstars Chicago.
