Object Mythology to Donate 5% of Sales Proceeds through 2010 Holiday Season

NEW YORK, Nov. 30, 2010 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Object Mythology, the new travel and adventure inspired product line of luxurious baby alpaca knits and whimsical vintage home decor, has adopted the non-profit One Is Greater Than None for the holiday season. Object Mythology will generously donate 5% of all proceeds through the New Year to the cause. Known as much for their positive social impact in the countries where they manufacture as their luscious on-trend products, Object Mythology wishes to make an even greater commitment to the global community. By supporting this vibrant young organization whose mission is, “Do Something. Do Anything. Be Part of the Equation. Started in 2007 after the eight founding teen members viewed an episode of Oprah, One Is Greater Than None has since sponsored the rescue and rehabilitation of over twenty-four Ghanaian children through the International Organization of Migration (www.iom.int) and supported an additional twenty-four through Touch A Life Foundation (www.touchalifekids.org). One Is Greater Than None also funds FREE weekend medical clinics for thousands of uninsured Americans in rural areas of the United States through Remote Area Medical (www.ramusa.org) and spearheads peer advocacy assemblies at middle schools and high schools throughout the country.
