For the first time outside US, Yahoo announces its Yahoo Buzz service for India with India related content and news. Yahoo buzz is news and stories aggregating service from yahoo where stories are ranked based on users' votes, comments, emails, and searches. At moment Yahoo buzz serve worldwide in India and US only. Yahoo has also partnered with top news based portals such as Times of India, NDTV, Zee and India Today group along with news/ stories submitted by users. Moreover, stories with most 'Buzz' may be published on the Yahoo home page i.e. yahoo.com which in turn will be viewed by millions. Yahoo seems to expanding its services with attention towards India in specific as Yahoo earlier launched Yahoo Glue for India and now its BUZZ service.

Google and other search engines can now be able to crawl and index Flash content which is so far is indiscoverable for search engines crawlers, thanks to Adobe enhanced Flash Player Technology and Flash indexing algorithm because of which now search engines can crawl the Flash based sites, however crawling will be limited to textual content in Flash only and not the images that could be Flash media.
