What a shameful act yet again inspite of this much happening, Manmohan inspite showing his face to his countrymen is talking through Facebook, Mr PM of India if this would have been US or UK the President or PM of these countries would have shown grievieces in next 30 minutes or so as their part of duty, but the PM of India is hiding behind some non-Indian waiting to be commanded showing no thinking of his own.

Beating people in a peace ful protest and moreover to crowd gathering where women and childrens are also making presence this is shameful act any Prime Minister could do to his/her countrymen.

This much power strategy must have had shown to Raj thakrey when he was openly beating people in Mumbai and could have used CBI, RAW, BIS to avoid 26/11 mishappening and than these government bodies be it Police, CBI, IB always work best against it own people and not terrorist or corrupt ministers.

Agitated people of India are shooting comments on facebook saying – “It took one year to arrest Kalmadi, three years to arrest A Raja and one day to arrest Baba Ramdev.This Govt is of the Corrupt, by the Corrupt and for the Corrupt only”.

A friend of mine showed me a comment that he received from some in US after watching Ramlila Maidan news on TV – “Hey India and Indians, whats wrong with your constituition and rule of law? why do authorities/cops have right to use force against anyone when their lives are not threatened? in USA, cops have the power of one thing only and that one thing is PROTECT AND ENFORCE THE LAW and USE FORCE ONLY IF YOUR LIFE IS THREATENED! why do Indians cops always act like criminals and use force against people? the law should change and cops should never have power to beat people! period! thats CRUELTY!”

If liquor maker like Vijay Mallya make millions of dollar no body object, if Sharukh, Amitabh make crores just to entertain us this is also acceptable by poor people of India and if Rahul Gandhi in his 40s and jobless (a post in his “mummy’s” party is not a job its a silver spoon) can roam around with luxurious lifestyle this is also very noble, but if a Yoga guru travel through jet plane every body get hurts.

Indians are very unfortunate that people like Manmohan singh is PM, as when Pm states that its only alternate i.e. to beat people in middle of the night, I have the better option for PM ..Send Sonia to Italy rather than blocking an Indian to come to his own nation’s capital i.e. Delhi.

Infosys make it quite interesting as each employee will be getting (as per its closing rate on Wednesday, BSE), at least Rs 14000 approx as stock shares and if one has completed 5 years of service it will make around Rs.28,000. The total amount for this idea of employee bonus or reward is  somewhere around 320 million rupees to 1.6 billion rupees.

Earlier in 2006 Infosys give away bonus of 1.26 billion rupees to its 56,000 employees when it was Infosys 25th birthday and noticeably Infosys is also the first Indian company to give its employees stock options in 1993  which however been put on hold for few years but now the company has again pitch in with the stocks reward system in 2010.

Apart from being one of the fastest emerging economy and IT manpower, emerging outsourcing destination and blah blah blah …India is also emerging in one more area as ‘Capital of World Road Death’, every day 320 people are killed in traffic accidents in India i.e. 1,16,800 people die in a year because of road accidents the highest rate in the world and more than anything, infact more than- terrorism, underworld, riots, naxalism altogether.

On road accidents in India NYTimes stated -

A lethal brew of poor road planning, inadequate law enforcement, a surge in trucks and cars, and a flood of untrained drivers have made India the world’s road death capital. As the country’s fast-growing economy and huge population raise its importance on the world stage, the rising toll is a reminder that the government still struggles to keep its more than a billion people safe.

India has already already superseded China in death tolls on road, fact that China has undergone auto boom on its own it had 73,500 fatalities on road in 2008 comparing to India’s 118,000 fatalities in 2008 (a 40% rise in 5 years).

We have ambitious young generation in India working in MNC’s where CEOs talk about ‘employees philosophy’ and plenty of VP’s, CTO’s, Head’s of big branded companies getting plenty of bucks to get themselves Japanese car , in offices talking about future strategies and how to keep it cool in corporate culture. However, when on road all of sudden a monster make an entry into so called ‘philosophers’ and road rules,etiquette, safety measure are just not their cup of tea because its the corporate rules whom they care about, taking live on road is an inspiration they get from their favorite bollywood heroes.

In NCR – National Capital Region, India comprising cities – Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Gazhiabad we have malls, marts, multiplexes and young generation is willing to spend their hard earned money into it, on the contrary to this and at the same time there are young ones who are unfortunately do not earn as much as their MNC counterparts reason being lack of education and these are the same unskilled drivers who drives cabs of renowned call centers, BPOs or the work as drivers for busy top management heads of companies mushrooming in these areas.

What lacks even in an well educated population of India is that – Safety needs to be an important part of the driving culture, and that is still lacking among most of the people of India.

As per NYTimes – Dr. Etienne Krug, director of the department of violence and injury prevention at the World Health Organization (WHO) said that Indian government has been slow to act. Bringing down road deaths “requires political commitment at the highest level,”. India’s government is just waking up to the issue.
