I have been over helmed by the press release submitted to IndianWeb2.com where a responsible company like Compare Infobase Ltd., a Delhi based web development and marketing company claimed to be realeasing first Microblogging site in India i.e. DilKholKeBol.com which is an outrageously false claim. Ironically, we have reviewed few of Microblogging sites in India in June this year, all of them released much earlier to DilKholKeBol.com. In a press release submitted to IndianWeb2.com submitted by person from the company stated - DilKholKeBol.Com is the first microblogging portal in India, this is another successful Internet initiative to be launched in 6th Decenber’2008. Posterous is a new service through which users can post just anything by sending email, its a kind of twitter like microblogging, but unlike microblog here one can put any content using smart auto embedding services of Posterous. The service lets post content from email and content could be audio, video, image, pdf, doc or mp3 and you would get 1GB of space for all this. One can use any email service such as GMail, Windows Live (Hotmail), Yahoo or any other to do blogging via email and for that you just have to send an email to post @ posterous.com unlike to other blogging services with WYSIWYG editors or so.
