Google India Posing Ban for running inappropiate Ads

In a recent controversy over the Advertisements that Google shows up in search results, Indian politician and Rajya Sabha member Brinda Karat demanded to Ban "Google India" and arrest of the chief of Google India over showing the advertisements of prenatal gender determination or preconception sex selection and thus violating laws of India under the Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PNDT) Act. In response to Brinda's allegation, Google India says - "In India, we do not allow ads for the promotion of prenatal gender determination or preconception sex selection. We take applicable legal requirements extremely seriously and take prompt and effective action in case a violation is reported to us". In all this story, if it is is to be believed that ads are being served than - why not that people or bodies who advertised those inappropriate ads are being tracked and arrested, likewise to what had happen to IT professional Rahul Krishnakumar Vaid from Gurgaon and Suresh Saha, Hyderabad who posted derogatory content about Congress chief Sonia Gandhi on Orkut, here in that case Orkut wasn't banned or not even demanded to Ban Orkut in India but the people who did it were arrested, than why this is being ignored here.
