Criticat is a platform where people can rate their employer and share workplace experiences. The website lets employees review and advise their employer anonymously.

At Criticat, employers at respective companies can also answer questions asked by prospective employees and create polls to build consensus around an issue. Evenmore, it lets read those reviews/ feedbacks of companies from thier own current employers, at time when one is offered a job at a company and have to decide the prons and cons, if he/ she accepts it . It should tell you what is broken inside that its employees have advised to be fixed. They should let you talk to any employee to the company and let you ask them any question without the influence of HR.

Apart from Ratings, Reviews and indulging in discussion about any employer, one can create polls for specific topic (one of them like – Should Microsoft insist on buying Yahoo at any cost? or What do you think of the Microsoft employee referral bonus?), the Review ratings are done upon the things like Work Culture, Salary & benefits, job Security, Career Growth, Managers and lastly ‘how much you recommend this company?‘ and can see rating of Google Inc. as employer here along side as graph. I have found all the major employer at Criticat such as TCS, Sapient, PCS and Infosys as well.

The Founder/ Conceptualizer of the website is an Indian Blogger Shweta Gupta done a fair effort for out of track job in Indian Web 2.0 arena although what felt is lack of that stunning UI that every second website in India fall short of and few other features that could be inculcated in website to bring about more web 2.0 concepts and say social netwrkin as well in among or between employees of employers rated in site.
