RockeTalk: Social Mobile App launched in Beta

Lately past month an another Mobile Social Networking App has been Launched in India and it seems that past couple of weeks were the busiest period when mobile startups in India has been launched.
Rocketalk has launched public beta of its free mobile social networking application in India just after Zook.in, Qeep and a recent one – MobileAdda of BigAdda.com etc. It is one of earliest mobile 2.0 startup from India (since 2004) as the founder of company is a product himself of premier Indian institute IIT, Mumbai.
Rocketalk is a downloadable mobile phone application (m.rocketalk.com) which allows mobile phone users to meet and interact with new people through text, voice, picture and video messaging. Users can mash-up user generated content with other content, create and share their own content with friends and family and obviously join and interact with mobile communities.
Moreover the company is in verge of making RockeTalk an IM chat compatible in near future i.e. IM facility with Yahoo, Google Talk, MSN, AIM and ICQ.
RockeTalk is a venture-backed company, headquartered in San Diego, California, USA with offices in Delhi, India.
