AdHysteria.com - Free Classifieds and Video Ads for India and AsiaA new entrant in online classifieds category AdHysteria.com has launched for India and Asia, middle east, Australia as well. The website serve place to find and post free classifieds, what different to others is video classifieds ads plus Google maps integration along with Google Earth technology.

Other domain in this category is Click.in and Sulekha.com as more popular among mass audience nevertheless video ads where user can post video footage with audio has been missing, accomplished by Adhysteria, though Click.in much simpler and Sulekha being more like portal more other things other than classifieds. Adhysteria is focussed on classifieds, reviews (video as well for eg. iPhone on Hutch network in India) also Showbiz classified that seems like movie trailors.

In Adhysteria what I am missing is, like I always do in Indian specific websites is UI rich with Web 2.0 elements and Rich Internat Apps through which one can interact with website and participate in websites’ content generation although the video ads and Googl maps through which users can view their posted classifieds and ads on Maps in 2D and 3D view via Google Earth technology also Individual account sections will provide all data like number of visits, this is what stand this website apart form others in its own category.

I feel Adhysteria is a pretty innovative concept. Probably it might be my lack of knowledge but I am not aware of any other site which provide video based classified ads. So they complete stand out when compared to Sulekha or Click.in.

But I am not sure how many people in India are going to shoot the videos and post the classified ads. If you check Youtube the video uploaded by Indians are mostly copied/ recorded from somewhere.

Having said that Adhysteria is a great concept and full credit to the team out there.

    Cheers,
    Praveen

I agree with praveen, of late things are taking another look in online advertising, many classifieds sites are thing of intergrating videos as part or capmaign of monetizing their traffic, sites like,www. locanto.com, http://www.sebule.com , freads, loquo etc.
you tube is going to have some strong competition sooner or later.

    cheers,
